Oguntuase Oluwasegun, a software engineer shaping human experiences through intuitive software. For the past four years that’s mostly meant healthcare, where I’ve led development on an enterprise multi-tenant platform now running 20 facilities and products serving over 500,000 people. Whatever the domain, I care about software that stays simple for the people using it and holds up when it matters.

Lead Software Engineer

Led development of SmartMRS, an AI-powered, enterprise-grade multi-tenant EMR running 20 healthcare facilities off a single platform, each with its own isolated data, workflows and configuration. Drove the product from roadmap to release at an early-stage startup, doubling as its product manager. Led facility onboarding and ongoing support, taking new tenants live and staying close to the clinical staff who run on the system daily.

Ran technology for a working clinical facility, where every system shipped had to hold up in live patient care. Led the team that built DiagnocarAI and a clinical vision model for scan interpretation, giving clinicians a faster first read on imaging, and contributed to the research papers published on the work. Rolled out the facility's EMR end to end, training the health staff and supporting them through adoption.
